UnoDuo Terms of Use

1. General Terms

These Terms govern the use of the UnoDuo app, `https://unoduo.online`, and
UnoDuo backend services.

The operator is UnoDuo online, Republic of Armenia, city of Yerevan. Contact:
support.unoduo@gmail.com.

By using UnoDuo, the user accepts these Terms and the applicable legal
documents of the service.

2. Service

UnoDuo provides tools for:

- live speech and text translation;
- speech recognition;
- text-to-speech;
- foreign language learning mode;
- account-only settings, learning materials, and history when the user uses an
account.

The service may depend on an internet connection, external AI providers, OAuth
providers, email delivery, and backend infrastructure.

3. Account

Some features may be used as a guest. Account-only features require a verified
session.

The user is responsible for protecting access to their email, device, and
account. If the user believes account access was lost or compromised, they
should contact support.unoduo@gmail.com.

4. Acceptable Use

The user must not use UnoDuo to:

- violate the law or the rights of others;
- process materials the user is not allowed to submit;
- attack the service, bypass limits, reverse engineer, or try to access another
user's data;
- submit harmful, abusive, illegal, or misleading content;
- treat translation or AI-generated results as professional advice without
independent verification.

5. Prohibited And Sensitive Content

The user must not submit through UnoDuo:

- personal data of third parties without a lawful basis;
- trade secrets, state secrets, medical secrets, attorney-client privileged
material, or other information that must not be sent to external services;
- materials that infringe copyright, image rights, communication secrecy, or
contractual limits;
- malware, instructions for bypassing security, phishing, spam, or materials
intended to cause harm;
- content that may violate applicable app store rules, payment provider rules,
or external AI provider rules.

If the user submits such content, the user is responsible for the legality of
the submission and the consequences of using the result.

6. AI And Translation Results

UnoDuo may use automated models for speech recognition, translation, text
generation, and text-to-speech. Results may contain errors, inaccuracies,
omissions, delays, or unsuitable wording.

The user is responsible for checking the result before using it in important
situations, including medical, legal, financial, educational, immigration, or
other significant decisions.

UnoDuo is not a medical, legal, financial, immigration, educational, or other
professional adviser. Service results should not be the only source for
important decisions.

7. Trial Limits, Paid Features, And Availability

The service may provide trial quotas, free features, or paid features. Payment
terms, limits, and availability may vary by app version, region, provider, and
current backend settings.

We may temporarily restrict or suspend features for maintenance, security, abuse
prevention, quota exhaustion, or failures of external providers.

If paid features are enabled, price, metering units, available models, limits,
and debit history may be shown in the app or backend. External payment
providers, banks, app stores, or network services may affect payment
availability and feature activation.

8. User Content

The user keeps rights to the text, audio, requests, and materials they submit
to UnoDuo. The user allows us to process that content as necessary to operate
the service, provide support, protect the service, store account-only features,
and comply with legal obligations.

The user should not submit confidential, secret, or sensitive materials unless
they are prepared for those materials to be processed by external services
needed for the requested feature.

9. UnoDuo Intellectual Property

The app, website, backend, design, interface text, service logic,
documentation, marks, and software code of UnoDuo belong to the operator or are
used lawfully.

The user receives a limited, non-transferable right to use UnoDuo for personal
or work language tasks within the service functionality. The user does not
receive a right to copy, modify, resell, publish source code, bypass protection,
or create derivative services based on UnoDuo without written permission.

10. Suspension And Termination

We may restrict or terminate access if there are grounds to believe the user is
violating these Terms, law, third-party rights, app store rules, service
security, or limits.

We may also restrict features because of technical failures, legal
requirements, abuse, infrastructure risk, or external provider unavailability.

11. Account Deletion

The user may delete their account in the app or at
`https://unoduo.online/account-deletion`. Deletion is irreversible. After
account deletion, the account, sessions, history, and account-only data cannot
be restored.

Some anonymized, technical, legal, or financial records may be retained for a
limited time where necessary for law, security, or abuse prevention.

12. Third-Party Services

UnoDuo may use external services for AI features, OAuth sign-in, email delivery,
hosting, monitoring, and payments. Those services operate under their own rules,
and their unavailability may affect UnoDuo features.

The user understands that audio, text, and technical parameters may be sent to
those services as needed for the selected feature.

13. Limitation Of Liability

UnoDuo is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee
error-free operation, permanent availability, or the accuracy of all
translations, speech recognition, text-to-speech, or AI results.

The user is responsible for their decisions, actions, and use of service
results.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages,
lost profit, data loss, translation or AI-result errors, delays, external
provider unavailability, app store actions, payment system actions, or network
operator failures.

14. Governing Law And Disputes

The service is operated by the operator identified above. Users should first
contact support.unoduo@gmail.com to try to resolve a question directly.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded or
limited under applicable law.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. A new version is published with a new date and
version. If the new version requires renewed acceptance, the app or backend will
request acceptance.
